Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

​

​

For our group retreats and trainings we require a deposit at the time of your booking. Once your deposit is received your place is reserved.​ 

​

3 weeks prior to the group retreats we require your full payment.

​

Private sessions require a full payment at the time of booking and will reserve your place.

​

Deposits are non-refundable and non-deferrable.

​

If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event start date your rest payment is deferrable to a future event of your choice within the next six months.

​

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event start date no part of your payment is refundable or deferrable.

​

The full payment needs to be made at least 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the event.

​

In case of cancellation from our side (ALUNA) we will refund the full amount of your payment. All other investments that you have made on your behalf (e.g.transportation costs) are your own responisibility and liability. 

​

Means of payment:

We prefer payments through Venmo. 

We accept PayPal, Zelle, cash or a personal check.

Please check in with us before you decide which payment methods you are going to use.

'ALUNA' is not a medical facility and no health care is practiced under its direction. Its owners, and team members are not health care professionals and do not practice health care of any form.
