Terms and Conditions


Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Depending on the event, we require either a deposit or a full payment at the time of your booking. Once your deposit/full payment is received your place is reserved.​ 


All deposits are non-refundable and non-deferrable.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event start date your rest payment is deferrable to a future event of your choice within the next six months.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event start date, or if you withdraw from the event after the start of the first day, no part of your payment is refundable or deferrable.

The full payment needs to be made at least 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the event.


In case of cancellation on your behalf within 14 days of the beginning of the event, we won't be able to offer you a refund as at this point it will be difficult for us to fill your space.

In case of cancellation from our side (ALUNA) we will refund the full amount of your payment. All other investments that you have made on your behalf (e.g.transportation costs) are your own responisibility and liability. 

Means of payment:

We prefer payments through Venmo. 

We accept PayPal, Zelle, cash or a personal check.

Please check in with us before you decide which payment methods you are going to use.
